Refund terms

This website does not take payment. Nothing is charged here, so there is nothing to refund on anything sent through this page. This policy covers amounts paid later, directly to us, and it is published in advance so the rules are known before anyone pays anything.

Deposits paid in advance

Where a deposit is paid to secure an order or a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin the work. We issue the refund within 10 business days of the written request, to the same account the payment came from.

When the fault is ours

If, through our own fault, we cannot deliver what was agreed, you receive back every amount paid, in full, with no deduction of any kind.

Once work has started

Cancelling after work has started returns whatever has not been committed to materials or labour. Any deduction is itemised in writing before the refund goes out.

Email contact@nelsonantoniochemiusa.online quoting the order reference; we confirm on the same business day and give you the refund date.
